Responsibilities:
- Cook and prep food in a small, fast paced environment where communication with front of house is key to success
- Follow recipes to assemble, combine, and cook ingredients, making adjustments based on customer requests
- Adhere to sanitary and safety rules and guidelines, ensuring proper food handling and storage
- Perform opening shift procedures, prep for evening shift, and clean and shut down kitchen depending on shift
- Shifts include days and evenings, weekdays and weekends

Requirements:
- Kitchen experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
-Good communication skills
-Calm under pressure
