Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and manual machining equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Assemble machined parts and perform quality checks using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.
- Program CNC machines using CAM programming techniques to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machining with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, CAM programming, and tooling design is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to operate precision measuring tools such as micrometers effectively.
