What You'll Do
Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Deliver outstanding service to both guests and team members.
- Foster a fun, engaging, and welcoming gaming environment.
- Build relationships with new and returning guests, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to dealers and frontline team members.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.
- Ensure team members understand expectations, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with department leadership on performance evaluations, recognition, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Maintain a strong and visible presence on the casino floor.
- Monitor table game operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and game integrity.
- Track fills, credits, jackpots, bankrolls, cards, dice, and pit inventory.
- Ensure all gaming paperwork and shift documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor games for irregularities and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Coordinate with departments across the property to deliver seamless guest service.
Ensure Compliance & Integrity
- Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and New York State Gaming Commission regulations.
- Verify jackpot documentation, tax forms, and operational records are completed accurately.
- Communicate operational updates, promotions, and policy changes to team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of table games operations, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and casino compliance standards.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
