🔧 What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
- Install, move, and configure gaming machines across the floor
- Support and maintain slot monitoring and network systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (computers, displays, networks)
- Accurately complete gaming logs and regulatory documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
- Use a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment (hand tools, power tools, meters, and more)
🎓 What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with electronics, computers, and technical systems
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, high-energy environment
💪 Physical & Work Environment
- Active role: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout shifts
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)
- Work takes place around active gaming equipment in a lively, high-noise casino environment
