What You’ll Do
Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for all guests
Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables
Answer questions, provide directions, and connect guests with servers as needed
Accurately operate the register to process food and beverage purchases
Handle transactions efficiently and courteously
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas
Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Deliver excellent guest service while contributing to a fun and engaging atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team
Comfortable handling transactions and basic computer systems
Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a busy environment
Physical Requirements
This is an active role requiring standing for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 5 lbs). Good vision and awareness are important for working safely in a busy dining setting.
Work Schedule
Our buffet operates 7 days a week with shifts ranging from early morning to late evening.
Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
