What You’ll Do
- Step up as a leader by overseeing EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant
- Support and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performance
- Champion safety initiatives to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all areas meet our high standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and more
- Collaborate with other departments to set up and break down special events
Leadership Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Assign and direct daily tasks efficiently
- Address concerns, solve problems, and help create a positive team environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and commitment to excellence
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be moving throughout the facility—standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and staying engaged with your surroundings to ensure everything meets our standards.
Work Environment
You’ll work in a variety of settings, from indoor public areas to occasional outdoor spaces. Expect a lively atmosphere—especially on the gaming floor where energy (and noise) runs high.
