The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing front-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements

- Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Schedule, coordinate, and assign activities to front-of-house staff.
- Administer fair, prompt, and consistent corrective actions for policy violations.
- Develop and mentor team members across all areas.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to training programs and company guidelines.
- Complete performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Display passion for exceptional guest service and team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, fire, and labor regulations.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health guidelines.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and monitor profit & loss statements.
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures effectively.
- Achieve company objectives in service, quality, and sales.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2-5 years of high volume full service restaurant management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender prior to moving into management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
