TinyMobileRobots is looking for a Head of Marketing, US to lead our marketing efforts in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you will strengthen our brand position and drive qualified lead generation, turning global strategy into local execution that delivers measurable commercial results.
Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will act as their key representative in the US market, ensuring strong alignment between global priorities and local initiatives.
You will lead a team of skilled specialists, providing direction, structure and commercial focus, while working closely with Sales to turn market opportunities into impactful marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you contribute directly to execution when needed.
What you will do
You will lead and develop the US marketing function and drive the execution of global marketing strategy in the US market.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the US marketing team, creating clarity, structure and accountability
- Driving brand positioning and lead generation to support a strong commercial pipeline
- Translating global marketing strategy into local plans, campaigns and measurable results
- Working closely with Sales to turn market opportunities into impactful marketing initiatives
- Taking ownership of key commercial marketing initiatives and driving them from idea to execution, ensuring momentum and measurable impact
- Ensuring Sales has the tools, messaging and materials needed to succeed
- Contributing hands-on to marketing communication, messaging and campaign development when needed
- Prioritising marketing activities based on business impact, resources and budget
What you bring
- 7-10 years of experience within B2B marketing, including 5 years of people leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and build pipeline in close collaboration with Sales
- Strong experience translating strategy into execution, campaigns and measurable results
- Hands-on capabilities within marketing communication, messaging and content development
- Experience working in an international, matrix organisation, preferably with European headquarters
- Experience working closely with or within a global marketing function is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
