TinyLingo is a language learning platform dedicated to revolutionizing the way people learn languages. As part of the Turbo Lobster, LLC portfolio, we focus on building lean, effective, and tech-forward solutions. We are looking for a hungry, creative, and data-driven intern to help us scale our user base from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, unpaid internship designed for a student or aspiring marketer who wants to see the "inner workings" of a tech startup. You’ll be helping build and scale a brand. You will work directly with the founders to craft the voice of TinyLingo and execute strategies that convert curious learners into loyal users.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on the overarching growth roadmap, identifying target demographics and the best channels to reach them.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter).
- Advertising: Assist in the setup and monitoring of digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or Reddit Ads) to optimize for the lowest customer acquisition cost.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging copy for newsletters, blogs, and app store descriptions.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage with online communities (Reddit, Discord, language forums) to drive organic growth and brand awareness.
- A Self-Starter: You see a problem and propose a solution.
- Digital Native: You understand trends, memes, and the nuances of different social platforms.
- Strong Communicator: You can write punchy, persuasive copy and communicate complex ideas simply.
