About the role

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team in Hertford, North Carolina. This part-time, on-site position gives you the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and families, making a lasting impact on communication skills and overall success.

• Start date: August 6, 2026
• Age range: Pre-school to High School
• Format: On-site
• Hours per week: 8

What you'll do

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support growth
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

What we're looking for

• Active NC SLP License
• Preferred: School-based or pediatric experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
