Experienced Infant Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Manage daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and sensory activities with patience and consistency.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and emotional regulation among infants.
• Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental concerns, and tailor care plans to individual needs.
• Incorporate early intervention strategies when necessary to support children with special education needs or developmental delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, health records, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, literacy education, and classroom management best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience working with infants in a childcare setting or preschool environment.
• Strong background in early childhood education principles, including childhood development theories and classroom management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop daily plans focused on early literacy skills and physical education for toddlers.
• Experience with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable but not necessary.
• Prior classroom experience in daycare or private school settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
