Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Temporary School-Based Position

Lynbrook, NY | November 1, 2026 Start Date | Approx. 3 Months | $80–$120/hour

Looking for a short-term school-based OT opportunity with a great hourly rate and flexible schedule?

Tiny Transformations is looking for Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join us for an approximately three-month assignment in the Lynbrook School District beginning in November. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

You’ll work directly with elementary and/or middle school students providing individual and group OT services while collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy
• Manage your assigned caseload and therapy schedule
• Develop student-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Complete daily electronic documentation
• Help ensure continuity of services for students during this temporary need

What We’re Looking For

• NYS-licensed Occupational Therapist
• TEACH fingerprinting required
• Malpractice insurance required
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a school caseload
• Strong communicator and collaborative team member
• Available to begin on November 1st and commit to the temporary 3 month assignment
