We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Staff Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.

2:30pm - 6:30pm Monday - Friday
No Weekends, No Holidays
Position Overview
The Floater/Cleaner/Cook supports the center by assisting in classrooms, maintaining a clean environment, and preparing simple, child‑friendly meals. This role is perfect for someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in classrooms as needed (break coverage, transitions, supervision)
- Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Complete daily cleaning tasks such as sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Prepare and serve meals/snacks following center menus and safety guidelines
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
- Help create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children and families
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced childcare setting
- Basic kitchen and cleaning skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the center
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
