Position Overview:
As a Float Teacher, you will assist in multiple classrooms, stepping in where needed to ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging experience for all children.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support across various age groups (infants through school-age)
- Step into classrooms to cover breaks, absences, or busy periods
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Assist lead teachers with activities, supervision, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- Adapt quickly to different classroom needs and schedules
Requirements:
- Flexible availability is required (hours may vary week to week)
- High school diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework a plus)
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Patient, dependable, and energetic personality
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
