What You’ll Do
As a Lead Teacher at Tiny Tides, you’ll:
- Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers (placement based on experience)
- Build trusted relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Lead curriculum planning and implementation based on developmentally appropriate practices
- Support and mentor assistant teachers in your classroom
- Collaborate with families to share progress, celebrate milestones, and support each child’s growth
- Help maintain a peaceful, clean, and well-organized classroom
- Model positivity, patience, and professionalism at all times

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Lead Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an early learning setting
- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Clear background check and references
