As a Teacher Assistant at Tiny Tides, you’ll:
- Support the lead teacher in daily routines, activities, and classroom care
- Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers
- Assist with play-based learning experiences and group activities
- Build loving, trusting relationships with children and families
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and joy in every child’s day
- Contribute to keeping the classroom clean, organized, and calm
- Bring your whole heart into the classroom, every single day

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework is a plus!)
- Experience with children in a childcare or related setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
