Tiny Tides Childcare is a small, privately owned early childhood program in Middleboro, MA. We're looking for a caring, dependable Early Childhood Teacher Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a collaborative team. You'll support our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms by assisting lead teachers, covering breaks, and helping wherever an extra set of hands is needed. Every day looks a little different, but your impact will be felt throughout the entire center.

Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and daily routines.
- Assist with diapering, toileting, handwashing, meals, and nap routines as needed.
- Help prepare classroom materials and learning activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms throughout the day.
- Provide classroom coverage for breaks, planning time, and staffing needs.
- Follow all EEC regulations and Tiny Tides health and safety policies.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Must be EEC Teacher Assistant qualified (or higher).
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- CPR & First Aid Certification preferred.
- Must successfully complete all required EEC background checks.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
