Job Summary

Young or old, if you have the stuff, we'll know it. Must be an outstanding communicator and rapport-builder with parents. Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Assist lead teacher with daily activities
-Plan and implement lessons
-Promoting Positive Behavior Techniques in the classroom
-Maintain daily open communication with parents
-Assist with toilet training and changing diapers
-Attend staff meetings and trainings
-Working as a team player
Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to pass Drug Screen, Physical, TB test, Background check
Qualified Candidates must have:
-At least 2 years experience working with children
-An outstanding work ethic
-A genuine love for children and knowledge of child development
Preferred but not required:
-Experience working with children who have special needs
-Associates Degree in early childhood education/child psychology or CDA
