Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our community! The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Our program integrates nature based experiences, outdoor exploration, and interactive gardening to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for nature from an early age.

This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a fun and educational manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
• Assess and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the needs of all students, including those with special needs or disabilities.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.

Requirements

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learners effectively.
• First aid certification is a must
• Background in early childhood education or related field is a must
• Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is beneficial.
• Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• A nurturing attitude and passion for teaching young children are essential for success in this role.
• Must be willing to garden with children
