- Background in training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold brand standards, operational excellence, and safety practices.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff, with the ability to build a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.
- Customer service skills that support clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving, ensuring a positive experience for buyers, partners, and community stakeholders.
