What are the responsibilities and job description for the Motion Graphics Arists - (Junior to Senior) position at TINY HERO?
Tiny Hero is an industry-leading entertainment marketing agency in Burbank, CA. We’re seeking motivated creative artists to join our motion GFX design team! All experience levels will be considered.
Must be available to work freelance or full-time at our Studio in Burbank, CA, with overtime when necessary.
The ideal candidate has:
- Solid fundamental understanding of 2D and 3D design language.
- Ability to create fresh looks and animations and adhere to existing design language and brand identity.
- Knowledge of current and cutting-edge 2D and 3D, theatrical, and social motion design trends.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Maxon, and other industry-standard plugins.
- Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
- Experience with compositing, integrated graphics, roto, and tracking/ match move.
- Highly organized, clear communication, and can work in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the graphics team in designing and animating 2D and 3D motion graphics for high-end branded content from conceptualization to delivery.
- Composite integrated graphics with footage including retouching, coloring, rotoscope and tracking· Version out existing motion graphics for delivery in various specs and formats
- Maintaining existing workflow and file structure/ organization.
- Adapt assets to changing direction and maintain project continuity.
