What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closer/Floater position at Tiny Hearts Child Development Center?
Responsibilities:
-Giving teachers lunch breaks and relieving teachers at the end of their shifts.
-Taking care of children, supervising play, changing diapers, cleaning up after children.
-Closing down the center at the end of the day.
Ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a daycare is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage with children
- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development
