Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students, incorporating innovative teaching methods.
- Manage classroom activities to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and individualized evaluations.
- Provide support for child welfare, ensuring that each student’s emotional and physical needs are met.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to address individual student needs, including those requiring special education services.
- Facilitate early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support in their learning journey.
- Maintain classroom management to promote respectful behavior and effective communication among students.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices, including Montessori methods and childhood development theories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and classroom management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child welfare principles and practices, particularly in early childhood education settings.
- Familiarity with Montessori educational philosophy is a plus.
- Understanding of special education requirements and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
