Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood educator ready to lead a classroom and make a lasting impact? Tiny Einstein Child Development Center is looking for a Lead Pre-K Teacher to guide our 4–5-year-old students through a meaningful and fun final preschool year, preparing them for a confident start in kindergarten.

Our program emphasizes kindergarten readiness through a structured yet playful approach that nurtures each child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
Position: Pre-K Lead Teacher (Full-Time)
Age Group: 4 – 5 years
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Your Role:
- Lead a vibrant Pre-K classroom focused on school readiness
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans
- Support children in developing independence, critical thinking, and social-emotional skills
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and communicate regularly with families
- Create a positive, safe, and inspiring environment for learning and growth
Minimum Qualifications:
✔ 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
✔ 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (24 preferred)
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Strong classroom management and leadership abilities
✔ Knowledge of child development and academic foundations
✔ Must pass fingerprint/background clearance, TB test, and physical
🎓 Preferred: BA or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
