Our regulars aren't just regulars because the coffee is good — they're regulars because of the people and the energy we've cultivated in this little corner of Midtown. We take the craft seriously and have a lot of fun doing it, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
What you'll do:
- Dial in and pull espresso to spec, consistently, every shift
- Prepare all drinks to standard with attention to technique and presentation
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service
- Stay on top of stocking and communicate when things are running low
- Show up ready to work, hold yourself to a high standard, and be a reliable part of a small, close-knit team
What we're looking for:
- 1 year of service and hospitality experience in a cafe, restaurant, or comparable environment; coffee experience preferred
- Strong espresso and milk texturing skills, or a genuine desire to develop them
- Latte art experience a plus
- A warm, personable presence that makes guests feel genuinely welcome
- Someone who cares about consistency, takes ownership of their work, and brings good vibes to the team
- Reliable, punctual, and excited to be here
