Job Summary
Lead Forming Operator/Technician. Work in factory production setting on a variety of tasks relating to the value-adding processing of computer components. Tasks could include tinning, parts inspection, labeling parts, manual measurement/adjustment of leads, etc.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED)
Position Overview
- Flexible hours between 6:00AM and 6:00PM Monday through Friday

Skills
Communication – Speaking with others to receive and convey information effectively. Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and explanations.
Knowledge of Computers and Electronics Preferred - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Good Eyesight – Position requires the visual inspection and manipulation of small components.
Attention to Detail – A high degree of attention to detail will be required as components must be kept within close tolerances.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to perform intermediate arithmetic pertaining to blue print coordinate tolerances.
Mechanical Aptitude – General mechanical aptitude to understand all consequences of manipulation of components.
