We work with daily drivers, luxury vehicles, and performance vehicles, delivering a premium customer experience backed by industry-leading products and expert installation.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in closing, upselling, and managing leads in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
Minimum 5 years of sales experience (required)
Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable handling inbound leads via phone, text, walk-ins, and CRM systems
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
Confidently guide customers through service options and packages
Clearly explain benefits, pricing, warranties, and aftercare
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and completed sales
Upselling & Value Building
Identify opportunities to recommend add-on services that enhance vehicle protection and aesthetics
Increase average ticket value while maintaining a premium client experience
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
Follow up with leads and past customers using CRM tools
Maintain accurate records, notes, and deal status
Customer Experience
Deliver a high-end customer experience from first contact through service completion
Set accurate expectations regarding timelines and deliverables
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the shop and operations team to ensure seamless execution
Help ensure jobs are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations
