Position Summary:
Tint World is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Film Installer with a strong background in automotive window tinting and at least 2 years’ experience as a window film installer. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience installing window film on a variety of vehicle makes and models, demonstrating precision in cutting, shrinking, prep, and application of film, particularly on complex areas such as windshields and back glass. Proficiency in using cutting software and a keen eye for detail are essential to ensure high-quality installations that meet customer demand and Tint World standards.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries about automotive customization options, and ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are accurately documented. The role also involves working closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow, delivering outstanding service, and helping in other areas of the shop as needed.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be willing to learn and utilize Shop Management software to manage customer records, scheduling, and service tracking. Reliability, punctuality, and a passion for the automotive industry are key attributes, along with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in window tinting across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. They should be proficient in using cutting software, possess excellent shrinking techniques, and demonstrate precision in installation, particularly on windshields and back glass. Experience installing on Tesla vehicles is a plus! Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively, are essential. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, is self-motivated, reliable, and punctual. While technological proficiency is a plus, a passion for cars and a willingness to learn are key qualities for success in this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be willing to assist in other areas of the shop as needed and support the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
