Compensation Details:
- 1099 Commission Pay
- Range based on average rep in current markets
- Bonuses paid every month on the 15th, performance-based
- Residuals paid on anniversary date of client sale
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
