Job Overview
The Receiving / Stock Team Member supports the efficient flow of inventory across all back-of-house operations within a busy airport concessions and food service environment. This role is based in a secured airfield facility and requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active TSA Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, as the team member works in restricted areas and must follow all TSA, DHS, and airport authority protocols at all times.
The Team Member helps ensure that all raw materials, food supplies, and beverages are properly received, stored, rotated, and tracked to minimize waste, prevent shortages, and support consistent restaurant performance. Working under the direction of the Receiving / Stock Supervisor, this role is a hands-on part of the supply chain, helping keep day-to-day inventory running smoothly for our kitchen teams and restaurants.
Duties
- Receive, inspect, and put away deliveries in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods and properly label and date all products.
- Assist with inventory counts and report low stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Keep storage areas, coolers, freezers, and receiving docks clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Deliver stock and supplies to kitchen and restaurant locations as directed.
- Assist with vendor deliveries in secured airfield areas, following all TSA, DHS, and airport authority requirements and escort procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use, labeling, and safe equipment handling.
- Support the Supervisor and kitchen leadership with additional inventory and stocking tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Prior experience in stocking, warehousing, receiving, or back-of-house restaurant operations preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Airport or security-regulated environment experience a plus.
- Must obtain/maintain a TSA SIDA badge and pass all required TSA/DHS/airport authority background checks for airfield access.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Basic comfort with handheld scanners, inventory sheets, or spreadsheets a plus.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
