Fulfillment Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The Fulfillment Associate manages the order fulfillment process by handling tasks like Order picking, packing and shipping, while monitoring quality and accuracy. works closely with others to meet delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receiving, scheduling and processing customer orders.
• Must have forklift experience as well as loading and unloading LTL Carriers
• Inventory Management: tracking stock levels, interacting with Purchasing to provide a seamless wok flow
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds
• Shipping and Receiving. Coordinate with LTL Carriers and create Shipping documents
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Production supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Work ethic with attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a physically active environment, lifting and standing for extended periods of time
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with basic math skills
• Leadership experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
