Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Back Server / Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset, while assisting servers in delivering a seamless dining experience. Your enthusiasm and commitment to hospitality will help create memorable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards and restaurant policies
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Ensure all serving stations are stocked with necessary supplies and utensils
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred
- Familiarity with food handling, cleaning, and bussing procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience working in hotel or food industry settings is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of serving etiquette and customer service principles is beneficial
