NOW HIRING: White Water Canyon Lifeguard (Seasonal)
JOB SUMMARY: The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising designated areas to ensure safety of swimmers in the water, play areas, on slides, and all other water park zones. Lifeguards must work outdoors for extended periods, in all weather conditions, and must be comfortable in and around water. Lifeguard certification is not required to apply (the requirement to be hired as a Lifeguard is contingent on successfully completing and passing all training courses).
LOCATION: White Water Canyon Water Park, 8221 W. 171st Street, Tinley Park, Illinois
QUALIFICATIONS: The qualified individual will be able to communicate effectively, show good judgment, and be at least 15 years of age by March 1, 2026. Satisfactory completion of all lifeguard training, tests, and certifications is required; experience in an aquatic environment is preferred.
INCENTIVES: This is a part-time, seasonal position with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Scheduled hours may range from 15-25 hours/week. The Wage Range is $15.25 to $20.00 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center, Recreation Center, and Water Park. $15.25 will be the entry level wage rate per hour for all new hires. Referral program eligible.
