Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bartenders and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Lead by example in providing top-tier customer service, creating a lively yet professional environment
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
- Oversee food safety protocols, proper food handling, and cleanliness standards in the bar area
- Train team members on beverage preparation, serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations, including food safety standards and alcohol licensing laws
- Maintain a high-energy atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or other hospitality events
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality environments with a focus on bar or beverage service
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Prior experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable
- Familiarity with banquet and catering operations within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and sales reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with brewing processes or beverage crafting is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
