As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance to HR partners, talent acquisition and Leadership on compensation matters to include new hire salaries, promotion, and other pay adjustments.
- Collaborating with Human Resources and leaders to create and maintain job descriptions to ensure incumbents’ job titles, market comparisons and compensation analyses are accurate.
- Performing analysis of new positions and reclassification requests to determine job classification, pay grade and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption status.
- Participating in benefit and compensation surveys for external benchmarking.
- Assisting in a variety of Compensation and Benefits related audits, analytical projects, including data analysis, compensation equity studies
- Remaining knowledgeable of compensation and benefits trends, collaborates to recommend new or enhanced programs for TFCU.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $92,273.88; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of four years’ experience with benefits and compensation. Financial institution experience is preferred.
Credit for applicable experience in a related field may be given at the rate of two years of experience for one year of recruitment experience. Applicable financial institution and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
- Bondability by TFCU's chosen authority is required.

- Broad business acumen, experience anticipating and understanding business needs and objectives and driving valuable and aligned strategies and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.
- Knowledge of job architecture, career levels, job evaluation techniques, benchmarking, and market pricing. Core understanding of current marketplace and talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated proficiency and comfortability in Microsoft Excel including VLookup, Pivot tables, formulas, and data mining.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with peers – this is a hybrid role with some in office work at our OKC location
Salary : $92,274
