Tinker Federal Credit Union is hiring Temporary, Full‑Time Summer Tellers for the summer season at multiple locations across the Oklahoma City metro area. This opportunity runs from May 26, 2026, through August 31, 2026.
Summer Tellers will be assigned to one primary branch location for the duration of employment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Summer Teller, you will:
- Provide a wide variety of TFCU services while delivering excellent member service
- Guide new and existing members on available services and solutions
- Serve as the face of the credit union by greeting members and offering assistance while following all standard operating procedures

Accurately handle cash transactions while following all cash‑handling, balancing, and security procedures
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- This is a non‑exempt position
Anticipated Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(Start and end times may vary slightly by location) - Saturdays are not usually required; however, based on business needs, employees may occasionally be asked to work Saturdays from 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM. When Saturday hours are worked, those hours will be offset during the workweek, as overtime is not permitted.
- Summer Tellers must be available to work May 26 through August 31, 2026, to ensure full summer coverage
- Employment end dates may be adjusted slightly based on employee & organizational need
Training
- Paid training will be held in Oklahoma City
- Training dates: May 26 – May 29, 2026
- Training occurs during the first week of employment
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of applicable work experience preferred but not required
- Financial institution experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Must be bondable through TFCU’s selected authority
