As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $41.52; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.
Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelor’s degree relatable to the position and three years of experience in a professional office environment or in project management, project planning, or project coordination.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. Relevant project management related certifications are preferred.

As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring efficient administrative, financial, and technical execution of the EPD portfolio.
- Project delivery and financial governance, acting as the primary liaison with Accounting to maintain accurate cost tracking, invoicing, and capitalization.
- System Administrator for the EPD platform (Wrike), manage system configuration, user access, and data integrity—empowering Program and Project Managers to focus on strategic outcomes.
- Provide high-level support to EPD leadership and upholds the department’s professional presence as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
- Coordinating executive-level events to overseeing digital infrastructure, drive operational excellence and ensures maximum efficiency across all departmental functions.

- Maintain the knowledge and ability to process invoices, track departmental expenses against budgets, and coordinate with Accounting for financial accuracy.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries and multi-person meeting logistics, including catering and hospitality for executive-level sessions.
- Maintain a professional first point of contact presence, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence while managing technical and administrative tasks.
- Handle sensitive information, project budgets, and executive schedules with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data with diligence and accuracy to support informed decision-making.
- Possesse awareness of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Demonstrate strong organizational, documentation, and multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
