Hours & Schedule:
- Saturdays // 9:15am - 4:45pm // every-other weekend
- 3 Birthday Parties are scheduled from 10am-11:30am, 12pm-1:30pm, and 2:30pm-4pm each Saturday. In the event that all 3 parties do not book, work hours will be reduced to reflect either the single party, or two back-to-back parties. In the event that the middle party does not book, 12pm - 2pm work hours are optional and team members are given the option to either work on other studio tasks during this time or to have the time fully off. If no parties are scheduled, no Saturday work is available. Employees are notified of any schedule changes about 10 days in advance, and schedule changes are relatively infrequent as mosts weekends' party slots fully book.
- In summer months (June - August), the Saturday schedule changes slightly--typically to parties being held every other weekend as indoor parties are not as popular. Therefore, if two team members are hired, work would be reduced to ~1 Saturday per month in the summer months. Tinker does sometimes have additional opportunities for Lead Teachers in the summer due to our busy Summer Camp schedule.
