Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Peachtree City, GA

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

·      Answers customers’ questions regarding product or service and operations.

·      Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, nature of products and services.

·      Communicates with customers/salesmen by phone or email to ensure the best possible service.

·      Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services.

·      Investigates and corrects errors.

·      Refers complaints of product or service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service.

·      Takes care of and settles customer complaints and special orders.

·      Processes vendor invoicing, order entry, credits, contracts, and recurring billing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·      High School diploma or the equivalent.

·      Ability to work independently on multiple threads of work, possess strong analytical skills and be highly organized, excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary.

·      Must have a strong customer focus and be self-motivated.

·      Able to perform data analysis using Microsoft Office suite, previous experience with SAP Business One or comparable ERP preferred.

·      Background in manufacturing, customer service, records accuracy required.

·      Customer service experience of 1 year (Required).

·      1 year experience in sales is desired but not required.

·      Previous experience with international dealings is a plus.

·      Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 20 pounds.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Regular Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree a plus.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
