What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Purchaser/Expeditor position at Tineke Triggs?
Tineke Triggs is a full-service interior design firm where we partner with our clients from the beginning stages of concept development through final installation. This fulltime Order Purchasing role is a critical part of our small team, managing each of these responsibilities below: · Place and review/correct all project vendor related orders· Expedite orders on the daily basis· Address all vendor related issues once an order has been placed· Follow up and track all orders to confirm receipt of order and delivery time· Edit and update acknowledgments· Provide information to designers with regards to; orders, inventory, proper proposal entry· Manage the inventory process; ordering, tracking, entry into Studio Designer· Open and enter new vendors in Studio Designer while creating relationships with vendors· Ensure that product delivery matches the time line for installation· Communicates any issues with product orders with the design team· Create proposals as needed· Set up and make vendor payments.· Coordinate with the design team to schedule installs.· Work with vendors when its are damaged, assist with returns. *Prior purchasing experience required. Other desirable traits include patience, detail-oriented, can multi-task/juggle in a fast paced environment.
Salary : $80,000
