Job Responsibilities
- Perform handyman services and general home repairs
- Complete property maintenance and real estate punch list work
- Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, tile installation
- Minor plumbing repair and minor electrical repair (non-licensed)
- Troubleshoot residential maintenance issues
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and office staff
- Use job management software to document completed work
Pay & Benefits
