$15/hr. base pay. .10 cents per sq. ft. on Batt and .8 cents per sq. ft. on Blow.
BASIC FUNCTION: All duties related to the installation of residential and commercial insulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installs batts of insulation in walls and ceilings
- Performs prep work including foam and caulk, fireproofing, baffles, wind tunnels, stuffing windows, filling joist spaces, etc.
- Installs blown-in and/or spray in insulation
- Installs poly or other vapor barriers
- Responsible for loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of trucks
- Assists as needed in warehouse, including stocking, inventory counts, and unloading
- Completes required paperwork which includes: 1) time worked, 2) footage installed, 3) material loaded on truck, 4) material used, 5) material returned to inventory
- Maintains cleanliness of warehouse in accordance with Tindell's safety and administrative policies
