This position will start out at an hourly rate of
$18/hr. Once fully trained in the position, base pay will be
$17/hr. and you will begin earning
commission on sales as well as your base rate.

Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Provide prompt, professional service to customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, availability, quotes, estimates, sales orders, and related product recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, pricing, applications, and industry trends while promoting customer satisfaction through eAective communication and problem resolution.
- Process sales transactions, refunds, credits, and related documentation in accordance with Company procedures.
- Support inventory management and store operations by maintaining accurate records, stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring assigned areas remain clean and organized.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers to support store goals, customer satisfaction, and operational eAiciency.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements while assisting with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, read orders, complete forms, and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate eAectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors using verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and professional communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and material handling practices.
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of building materials and related products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 90 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, squat, and perform repetitive movements as required.
- Manual dexterity suAicient to operate oAice and retail equipment.
- Work performed primarily indoors in a controlled environment.
- Frequent interaction with customers and operation of oAice and retail equipment.
