Job Overview
As the core link of the supply chain and production operation of Tinci Texas factory, the International PMC Specialist is responsible for the whole-process management of material control, production planning, order delivery and cross-border supply coordination. The role ensures on-time production and delivery, optimizes inventory management, reduces capital occupation, and acts as a key communication hub for internal and external business, while undertaking inter-company transaction processing and supporting the factory's overall operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Control (30%): Develop raw material procurement plans, track the scheduled arrival of raw materials and packaging materials to meet production demands; control raw material inventory, reduce capital occupation, and supervise inventory data accuracy. Performance Metric: Raw Material OTD
- Production Planning (20%): Formulate production plans, follow up production efficiency to ensure on-time order completion; handle production process abnormalities timely, respond to emergency customer demands, and control finished goods inventory. Performance Metric: Delivery OTD
- Order Delivery (20%): Arrange finished goods logistics for overseas customers to achieve on-time delivery; take full control of the closed-loop process from order receiving to delivery, and act as the core communication hub for related work. Performance Metric: Delivery OTD
- Cross-Border Supply Coordination (20%): Coordinate overseas procurement and local supply, dock with overseas logistics, formulate customs declaration, clearance and warehouse storage plans, and track the whole process of goods receiving and shipping. Performance Metric: Delivery OTD
- Inter-Company Operations & Ad Hoc Work (10%): Handle inter-company transaction accounting and abnormal issues, and cooperate with the factory to complete other work to achieve operational objectives. Performance Metric: Superior's Evaluation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in English, International Trade, Customs Declaration and related fields are preferred; with at least 3 years of factory PMC work experience.
- Proficient in Excel and other office software, as well as ERP systems such as SAP; strong data sensitivity with effective information collection and processing capabilities.
- Fluent in oral and written English, able to use English as the working language for daily work.
- Willing to work long-term at the overseas factory and adapt to the local working and living environment.
Salary : $5,000 - $8,000
