Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of residential property. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor spaces as needed
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents for tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting surfaces, and window washing
- Manage minimal laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns
Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters
- Experience with laundry services and handling various cleaning detergents safely
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining patios or exterior areas of homes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
