What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Tin Woof Inn?
Tin Woof! Inn is looking for maintenance help. Need 2 workers ASAP to help our maintenance manager start demolition for a new project and other maintenance work.
This is a part to full time, 4-6 days a week position. You’ll be working inside and outside, rain or shine. You have to be knowledgeable about carpentry, basic construction needs, lawn care, small engine repair, and anything else that may need done at any of our facilities. You also need to be comfortable around dogs of all sizes.
This is not a "standing around changing light bulbs" type of job, it's hard work and you'll probably never do the same job more than 2-3 times. You need to Be dependable, reliable, able to pass a drug test, and able to follow basic instructions.
Pay is based on experience (and will be discussed during an interview, not prior).
