Role Description The Quality Document Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This role is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining quality-related documentation to support machining operations and compliance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical and quality documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper revision control, and updating records in document management systems. The Quality Document Analyst will report to the Quality Control Manager to clarify requirements, track document changes, and prepare documentation according to the internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical information, identify discrepancies, and support root-cause and corrective actions.
- Experience with document review and documentation preparation, including verifying accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Proficiency in document management practices and systems, including version control, filing, and retrieval of records.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare concise, accurate documentation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documents and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO or similar standards) and manufacturing or machining environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools); experience with electronic document control software is a plus.
