🔥 What You’ll Do• Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and help them choose the right solutions• Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value• Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored options• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines• Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects• Follow up on site visits to ensure quality and complete customer satisfaction• Maintain strong communication with support staff regarding job details, financing, and scheduling• Provide installers with clear expectations through photos, drawings, and written instructions• Stay connected with installers and customers during installation to ensure a seamless experience• Actively pursue referrals and build long-term customer relationships• Prospect new customers through outbound calls and neighborhood outreach• Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training sessions, and technical development
⭐ What You Bring• High school diploma• 3 years of sales experience; HVAC knowledge preferred, but NOT needed• At least 1 year of HVAC industry experience is a plus• Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record• Strong physical dexterity and ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends)• A polished, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
