What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Tin Cup Grill, LLC?
We are looking for an experienced Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both bar and upscale casual restaurant settings, as well as fine dining restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with menus and answer any questions they may have about the menu items.
- Ensure that all guests are comfortable and that their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions.
- Ensure that all tables are properly set up and that all tableware is clean and presentable.
- Keep track of customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
