Tin Can Bar & Grill is looking for a Bartender / Server who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys working as part of a strong team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pouring beer, mixing cocktails, and serving wine
- Taking guest orders using our POS system
- Running food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Checking IDs and following alcohol service laws
- Providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Restocking bar and service areas
- Keeping the bar & grill clean and organized
- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Bartending or serving experience preferred (we can train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy without being asked
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable talking to guests and creating a great experience
- Basic POS / computer skills
- Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
